C-2 Ball Cap - Natural

Regular price

Proudly made in collaboration with Stockbridge Sewing Works, an Artisian cap maker based in the United States, the C-2 is our interpretation of a 1940's era 8 Panel Baseball Cap.

The C-2 is an update on our original C-1, with a slightly deeper crown, and features our iconic "I" Logo in classic baseball felt. It is made up in a lightweight yet durable 100% Cotton Ripstop, which should fade and patina beautifully over many years of wear.

Stockbridge utilizes a number of original sewing machines from the early era of Baseball Cap making. Norma, Stockbridge's owner and sole craftswoman has been in the vintage reproduction game for decades and is widely regarded as one of the best makers of ball caps in the United States. Building on her expertise, we were able to create a limited run of unique craft-made caps in our own signature British Cotton and Linen fabrics chosen to pair perfectly with other garments in the Informale range.

The construction is soft - a malleable lightly padded visor and soft cotton headband allow the cap to age gracefully, mold to your head shape over time and be folded and stuffed into your jacket pocket with ease.

Our C-2 Ball Cap is an exclusive limited run. We will not be restocking these fabrics & colours.
