Do we ship globally?
Yes, we do! We envisioned Informale Menswear to be available worldwide from the start.

Cost of shipping?
Our Australian customers can receive free standard shipping on all purchases.
For anything under $600AUD we charge a flat rate of $15AUD (Australia wide) for express shipping.
For our international customers we charge $35AUD for express shipping via DHL
For all purchased over $600AUD, shipping is on us, worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Australia standard shipping: 3-4 business days*
Australia express shipping: 1-2 business days*
International express shipping: 5-10 business days* (depending on location)
Please note certain areas may incur a longer delivery time due to processing times by DHL, unfortunately this is out of our control.

Does my order contain Duties and Tax?
All orders sent out are Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Every country has different set VAT % and guidelines in regards to import duties and tax so please be aware of these when placing an order.
Countries such as UK/EU/Canada will have to pay duties and tax once your package arrives in the country. DHL will contact you or send out an invoice in regards to payment.
Our US customers will be subjected to import duties and tax for orders over 800USD.
For our AUS customers, because we are sending your packages locally, there will be not additional fees.

How long will it take between placing the order and receiveing the package?
Please allow 1 business day for us to confirm your order. Once we have confirmed your order we will send a confirmation emailing outlining we have processed your order and send you your tracking number. 
For all pre-order please read the details in the product description for delivery dates.
Orders placed between Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following week. 

Does shipping contain a tracking number?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number and any additional information, so you can keep an eye on where your package is at all times.
Pre-orders will only receive a tracking number once we have the stock on hand and it is ready to be shipped.

What courier do we use?
For our Australian customers we use Australia Post Express.
For our international customers we use DHL Worldwide Shipping.
