SH01 Button Down Shirt - Navy Seersucker
Partnering with our Neapolitan Atelier for our second Made in Italy design, the SH01 is our riff on the classic Ivy style Shirts of the mid-20th century. Our Button Down Shirt has all the hallmarks a purist would expect, plus a number of neatly executed details sewn by hand.
The SH01 features a shaped-yet-relaxed cut, a gorgeous collar roll, round cuffs with a single button, Mother Of Pearl buttons, a front placket and box pleat with locker loop at the back. The chest pocket is shaped with a subtle curve as our ode to Neapolitan tailoring.
Handmade steps include the cutting of the fabric, button attachment, buttonholes, armholes, side gussets and bar tacks. The classic styling paired with rare Neapolitan artisan work ensures the SH01 will be unlike anything you’ve ever worn.
The fabric is a lightweight, soft and flexible Cotton Seersucker, which means extreme comfort and ease-of-movement in high heat. It holds it’s shape very well and requires minimal ironing, the perfect fabric for those of us wanting to stay Sartorial during those days when the temps climb.
