www.informale.com.au (our "Website") is owned by Informale ("Informale", "we", "us", "our").

The following T&C's apply to all visitors/users ("you", "your" or "your's") of our Website and of our webpages (collectively, our "services"). By using our Website you are agreeing to be bound by these T&C's.

Informale has the right to modify and change the T&C's at any time. Any changes will apply immediately once they are posted on www.informale.com.au. If you do not agree to the changes made or any of the T&C's we advise to discontinue using our Website and take your business else where. 


Informale and all of it's content, including HTML codes, scripts, texts, photographs, images and writings are all the Intellectual Property of Informale. 

All information provided on our Webiste is merely a service to our customers and possibly customers that may be used for personal and purchasing use only. 

As a customer, you have the authorisation to print any information for your personal use in relation to purchased or possible purchased products.

Informale does not allow the copying (of any sort) to exploit www.informale.com.au or any of it's content without the correct permission to do so.


Misuse of any of our trademarks, branding or logos is forbidden.

Any suppliers affiliated with the Informale brand retain all rights. Any names/logos/images/marks in relation to Informale and our suppliers are registered and protected by local and international laws.

Accessing our Website does not give you the permission to abuse any trademarks/branding/logos.


By visiting www.Informale.com.au you agree that: 

You will not misuse our Services (e.g., you will not use our Website in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful).

You will not make any speculative or fraudulent orders. 

You will not conduct systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, and data harvesting).

You will not copy any information provided on our Website for your benefit. 

You will not harass or obtain any information of customer or our data base.

You may only use the Website to make legitimate orders and inquiries.

You are responsible for supplying the correct information on your account that is not fradulent in any form. 


Informale has the right to terminate this Website at any time. 
Informale also has the right to restrict or terminate access of any persons, we believe may have unlawfully used the Website. 


Informale is first and foremost a clothing brand.

We have the right to terminate/discontinue any services we provide or products offered through our Website because seasons and styles change. 


You have the right to expect that:

1. Any purchases made through our Website are of the highest quality and fit their description as outlined on our Website.

2. If any products do not meet the required outline we will follow proceedings outlined in our FAQ regarding Returns.

3. If for some reason we are unable to replace the faulty product, you will be offered a full refund on the paid item.

4. You as the customer have the right to communicate with us in regards to any concerns you may have. 


We require all purchasing customers to fill out details for an account subscription. By doing so, you are agreeing to lawfully provide the correct information, assuring that you as the account holder are responsible for any information and/or activity associated with our Website. 

Informale reserves the rights to deny you access to our Website if we believe you may have violated any terms or engaged in any lawful activities associated with our Website and/or fraud. 


All products displayed on our Website are priced according to the Australian Dollar (AUD). 

Any payments made through the Informale Website is processed through PayPal and Stripe.


Customers of our Website, when making a purchase are agreeing to following:

1. Have a valid credit/debit card or a valid PayPal account

2. Agreeing to PayPal/Stripe on behalf of our Website to process any charges (made in relation to Informale), with their credit/debit card or PayPal account for the total amount as outlined in your check out.

3. By doing so are allowing PayPal and Stripe to perform any checks in relation to authorisation of the accounts of the account holder, allowing the individual to purchase any products


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. 

Please acknowledge that by placing any items in your cart does not by any means suggest that the product is reserved for you. Other customers have the ability in purchasing that product as well at the same time. 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email from Informale outlining the product(s) you have purchased, the price paid for the product(s) and the bank account in which has been charged.

The nominated account for your purchase(s) will be automatically debited once you have placed your order. If your account has been unable to pay for the products purchased, Informale will immediately let you know through our checkout page. 

If for some reason your order has gone through our system and we don't have those product(s) on hand, we will immediately contact you to arrange a product change/pre-order/refund, depending on your request. 

Informale has the authority to cancel any orders we believe may be subjected to shipping restrictions, out of stock items, products that do not meet our standards or if we believe you as the customer have not met our T&C's.


Promotion codes are only those announced by Informale, whether it may be on our Website or social media pages.
Any codes in relation to promotion or shipping are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. 

Any refunds provided in relation to goods purchased using promotional codes will be equivalent to the discounted purchase price and not the normal retail price.

Only one promotional code per customer can be used.


Informale has the right to cancel any order if for some reason we do not have the amount of stock as allocated on our Website. 

Please refer to Order Approval in T&C's to see how we would handle a circumstance when we have no stock on hand. 


Informale prides itself on a handaling and shipping our products to you as soon as possible. 

In relation to any cancelled purchases we are happy to do so, immediately after you have made your purchase. 
It is out of our control to cancel your purchase once we have shipped the parcel to your designated address. 

Informale reserves the rights to accept and decline any cancellations made on behalf of the purchaser. 


All parcels sent by Informale through Australia Post are insured by the postal service at the time of dispatch. Each parcel requires a signature on delivery ensuring security for the customer and us. Once you or a person on your behalf has signed for the delivery, the responsibility of the product is now in the hands of the you the purchaser. 

Informale is not responsible for any delays in regards to delivery. Please keep in mind delivery handling times by Australia Post in regards to delivery hours/transits/weekends and public holidays.

Please refer to our FAQ's for information on how a return is considered acceptable in regards to Returns/Exchanges.

The following information applies to what Informale finds acceptable in regards to returning or exchanging a product:

1. The product(s) must be returned in its original condition upon delivery. All packaging and tags should be returned and attached. 

2. The product(s) must be returned to us, unworn, not washed and not altered in any form.

3. We do not accept garments that have stains or perfume/smoke smells based on the customers. If so, the item unfortunately will be returned back to you with out a refund or exchange. 

Please note that before sending any product(s) back, you must contact Informale through our Website, email or social media. 
This will ensure that we have accepted your exchange/return. We will send a form to attach to your return package to let us know what the situation is once we receive it. 

At this time, the cost of returning a product back to us is done so on the customers behalf. You will not be reimbursed or refunded by Informale. 
Please keep your returns tracking number for your security as well emailing us the tracking number to ensure that it does not get lost in transit. 

The return/exchange will not be credited to you until we have received the package and assessed it based on the means of what the customer has described to us.

Informale is not accountable for any packages lost in transit. The customer sending back the item will have to approach the carrier used on their behalf for any inconsistencies or delays in regards to the process of the return. 

All items will be returned to our headquarters in Melbourne, Australia. 


Informale has the right to monitor customer returns.
In the case of misuse of our returns/exchanges policy by an individual, we have the right to dispute your return. 

If our exchange/return policies in any way are being taken advantage of in the benefit of customer, Informale has the right to not accept your returns/exchanges.
